What we offer our clients
**Crosby Counseling and Services are 100% virtual and HIPPA compliant**
Virtual sessions allow Crosby Counseling and Services to reach those who otherwise would be unable to utilize our services due to location, unconventional work hours, being homebound, etc. Additional benefits of virtual services include:

Therapy
$150 for initial assessment and $125 per 50 minute session
Individual Therapy – One-on-one sessions between the therapist and client addressing any personal issues that may be having an impact on your daily life such as work, school, relationships, etc. We custom tailor treatment based on your specific areas of need. Our specialities include but are not limited to: anxiety, depression, trauma, grief & loss, burnout, self-esteem, and stress.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) – Focuses on resolving unprocessed traumatic memories. Trauma can lead to disorders such as Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Anxiety, or Acute Stress Disorder (ASD).
Expat – Providing therapy services to individuals living and traveling abroad who may be having difficulty adjusting to life in a foreign culture. This service is provided based on geographical location outside of the United States.
Perinatal – Providing services for women during pregnancy and the postpartum period who are struggling or having difficulty coping with this significant life event.
Clinical Assessments
Mental Health Assessments $300
DOT/Non-DOT Return to Duty SAP Assessments $400
Asylum $850
Mental Health – Determines if a person has anxiety, depression, a personality disorder, or another chronic behavioral health diagnosis listed in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, commonly known as the DSM-5.
Substance Abuse Provider (SAP) – Certified to provide substance abuse evaluations for the Department of Transportation (DOT) Workplace Drug and Alcohol Testing Programs.
Asylum Evaluation – Psychological Evaluations for Hardship Waivers. This service requires a consult.
Dispute Resolutions
Mediations $450 per client
Mediation – A trained neutral third party, mediator, helps all disputing parties come to a mutual agreement.
insurance & fees
Insurance
Our counseling services are considered out-of-network. Payment for all services must be received before or at time of service. A super bill for potential reimbursement from your insurance company can be provided upon request. We recommend contacting your insurance company to verify your out-of-network coverage.
Sliding Scale
Reduced fees are available on a case by case basis.
Payment
All major credits cards accepted. Therapy services can be paid for with an FSA/HSA card.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes our client’s schedule can change. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to make your appointment. If you fail to notify us and miss your appointment, you will be billed for the full cost of the session.
